Luana Marchain

 

Born and raised in Italy, I grew up surrounded by a culture where art, architecture, craftsmanship, and beautiful design are part of everyday life.

My appreciation for interiors followed me to the United States, where my passion for transforming spaces eventually led me to become a certified interior decorator and establish I Beautify Homes.

Today, I bring that design perspective to every project—combining an eye for proportion, color, texture, and detail with an understanding of how a home should look and feel.

Whether I'm staging a property for the real estate market or decorating a client's home, my approach is personal and intentional. Every property is different, and I believe its design should be too.

What is the difference between Light and Full staging?

Light staging is ideal when you are still living in the home or have opted to leave some furniture in place. In this scenario, we enhance the existing furnishings by thoughtfully adding complementary pieces and décor to create a cohesive, inviting environment. Our goal is to present your home in its best light, helping to attract potential buyers and expedite the sale process.

Full staging. In this case, we furnish the entire home, selecting pieces that highlight the property’s architecture, layout, and location. We conduct thorough research on the area and incorporate design elements that appeal to the target market. The result is a beautifully styled home that feels lived in, evoking an emotional connection that encourages buyers to envision themselves living there.
